- I'm 68 yrs old and also have a Aunt on my mother side that also has Fibromalgia. I try to Vol. over to the hospital. This started with me back in 1987 when I was working with E.M.S. on the Outer Banks. In 93 we moved where there were more Dr. and that is when I found out what was going on.
