- I have had Fibromyalgia for such along time now it is apart of my life. It took seven years to get the actual diagnosis and I am now 100% disabled and I have just learned to pass my life. I have a wonderful husband who has gone through it all with me and 2 children who know when mom is "Flared" and to stay back. I do alot of reading. Work on the family heritage and sleep when my body says to and nap in between!!!
