- I'm a 41yr old who has VERY VERY server OA, Firbromyalgia, Dibetes (type 2 controlled by diet), and several other health problems. I've had the OA the longest... since I was 10yrs old. I'm the kind of person to keep going and not let things get you down, but seems like it gets harder to do as the years pass and you end up with more health problems. I do the best I can and am always interested in ways to handle and live with what I have.. making the best quality of life I possibly can for myself.
